1. About Coridian

Coridian is developing a platform intended to connect investors with verified financial professionals through professional profiles, Boardrooms, research, discussions, and related experiences.

Coridian is currently in a pre-launch stage. Product descriptions, designs, mockups, proposed features, pricing concepts, timelines, and other materials displayed on the website may represent planned or proposed functionality rather than currently available services. Coridian does not guarantee that any proposed feature will be developed, released, or released in the form currently presented.

2. Eligibility

To use the website, you must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you access or use the website on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” will refer to both you and that organization.

• Learning about the Founding Host Program
• Applying to become a Founding Host
• Joining a waitlist, if available

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website

5. Founding Host Program

Submitting a Founding Host application expresses your interest in the program. It does not guarantee acceptance, and it does not, by itself, create an employment relationship, a partnership, an agency relationship, a joint venture, or an investment relationship between you and Coridian.

Submitting an application does not guarantee access to future Coridian products, and does not require you to ultimately launch a Boardroom.

Coridian may review applications, contact applicants for additional information, accept or decline applicants at its discretion, and modify the Founding Host Program as Coridian continues to develop. Specific terms governing host economics, revenue sharing, subscriptions, or payments will be addressed in separate agreements before paid Boardrooms launch.

6. Product Previews and Mockups

Product mockups, interfaces, prototypes, descriptions, and demonstrations displayed on the website are provided to illustrate Coridian’s current product direction. They may change.

Features shown on the website may be modified, removed, replaced, delayed, or never commercially released. These materials should not be interpreted as a guarantee regarding final functionality, product availability, launch timing, pricing, or performance.

7. No Investment Advice

Information currently available through Coridian’s website is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the current website constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice, an offer to buy or sell securities, or a recommendation regarding any security, investment strategy, or financial product.

You should make your own financial decisions and consult appropriate qualified professionals where necessary.

8. No Brokerage or Investment Advisory Relationship

Your use of the current website does not, by itself, create a broker-client relationship, an investment adviser-client relationship, a fiduciary relationship, or any other financial advisory relationship between you and Coridian solely because you access the website or submit a website form.

Information submitted through Founding Host applications, contact forms, and waitlist forms will be handled in accordance with Coridian’s Privacy Policy.

These materials are owned by Coridian or its applicable licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view the website for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Except as permitted by law or by our prior written authorization, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the website.

11. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide Coridian with suggestions, ideas, comments, product feedback, workflow feedback, or feature suggestions, whether as a website visitor or a Founding Host applicant, you agree that Coridian may use that feedback to develop and improve its products without any obligation to compensate you.

This section does not give Coridian ownership over any of your pre-existing intellectual property merely because you communicate with us.

The website may use or link to third-party services. For example, website forms may be processed using third-party service providers such as Formspree.
